Working with Designer Projects

An Ansoft Designer® project is a container that stores a design, together with its associated settings and report definitions, into a single file. In Designer, Nexxim and System simulator projects are referred to as “circuits”, while Planar EM simulator projects are called “designs”. Designer projects are portable in that they include — rather than merely reference — the library elements of components and subcircuits which they contain. Designer project files possess an .adsn extension.
