CST problem with AMD Athlon 64

Dear All,
I tried to run CST 5.0 on a new Athlon 64 computer but it gives a strange errors once memory exception and the other illegal function, has anybody an experience with this problem

are you running xp64 or another 64 bit OS? you may need 5.1 which has the 64 bit version, 5.0 is only 32 bit I think.
I finally found the problem, it was a problem with the dual channel controller on the mother board, now every thing is fine.
