Perform a Linear Network Analysis of the JFET Circuit Example

1. To run the Linear Network analysis, right-click on the Analysis icon and click Analyze.

A progress window briefly appears at the lower right to indicate that the analysis is being performed. When the analysis is completed, the Message Manager window at the lower left shows the name of the project, errors or warnings if any, and analysis statistics such as CPU time.

2. Click the Results icon to display the predefined reports:

3. Click on report DBS21.

The Reports window displays the network scattering parameter dB(S21), which is equivalent to the gain.

4. To view the setup for this report, right-click on the icon and select Modify Report.

5. Click Close to close the report setup dialog..
