This dialog box offers the possibility to define settings concerning the  visualization of particle position monitors.

Display type

Sets the quantity that is displayed.
Velocity, Beta, Gamma, Normed Momentum, Energy, Charge

Note: If Charge is selected, the macro charge of the particles will be shown: [q] = C.

Show absolute values

For some display types it is convenient to show only the absolute values (e.g. charged particles with different signs (electron/positron)).

Particle Source

Allows to show only particles which were emitted from a particular source.

Time scale

The time scale slider control offers the possibility to plot the markers at one defined time step.

Choose a different coloring model  for the trajectory data.

Specials...

Opens the PIC Monitor Plot Specials dialog box for further settings.

Export Bitmap

Exports a bitmap of the current particle position plot to the directory:

The bitmaps can be used to generate movies for demonstration purposes.

Help

Shows this help text.

Animate
