How to define equation expression in CST?

I use CST to simulate a filter, I want to simulate the relationship between resonator space and coupling value, and QL, But I don't know how to input K and Q equation in CST?

I didn't get your question, are you trying to plot the theoretical results vs the simulated results?
I think it would be easier to do this on matlab.
