CST中仿真贴片电阻问题

各位前辈，刚用CST不久，不知道在CST中如何仿真贴片电阻，还请大家指导一下
是用电阻进行仿真？还是仿真贴片电阻性能？
前者 直接用Lumped element 吧。

或者可以考虑 surface impedance、ohm sheet等
surface impedance、ohm sheet这两种不知道怎么设置才能等效成电阻
