PIFA antenna and Port error in CST MWS

Dear friends
I simulated a PIFA spiral antenna but I faced with this error:
Port 1 is inhomogeneously filled within the first 3 mesh cells
I modified Local mesh properties ,even though I didn't know in which object I should modified the Local mesh properties but I performed it in the Substrate component of my model and unfortunately the problem is still exist!!
how can I correct it?
extend your coaxial to ensure its homogeneous part which connects with port1longer than 3 mesh
