For ideal lossless elements, Rd = infinity, therefore Q is infinitely large. In that sense, high-Q capacitors tend to have lower loss and are preferred over low-Q ones. Practical capacitors can already have high-Q values, therefore if there are two circuit models having the same response, it is better to choose the one with more capacitors and fewer inductors for realization.
