Define Current Port

Simulation: Sources and LoadsCurrent Port

A current port should be defined on a face of a solid which consists of conductive material. For problems which are discretized using the hexahedral mesh, this face has to be adjacent to boundary of the computational domain. A normal (or electric) boundary condition is assumed locally where the current port is positioned. Through the face with the current port, the current enters or leaves the calculation domain. The driving source is a potential definition on the previously picked face.

Name

Defines the name of the current port. Each current port must have a unique name.

Potential or Current

Specifies the potential or current  value of the current port.
