Assumptions Made for Sweep Domain Measurements

1. The input port is assumed to have a complex source impedance (defaulted to 50Ω). This default impedance will provide a -174dBm/Hz noise power density into the system at room temperature (290K). This source impedance can be adjusted by assigning a different value in the port definition dialog.

2. All other external ports (excluding the input port) are assumed to have an individually specified termination (defaulted to 50Ω). These load impedances will have no noise contribution. These load impedances can be adjusted by assigning a different value in the respective port definitions.
