Displaying and Editing Component Properties

Displaying and Editing Component Properties

To display the properties of a component, double-click it. Its Properties dialog box appears. Use the dialog box to edit the property values.

Double-click on a property that is displayed near the component to start an in-place edit of the property value.

Note

Clicking the Show Hidden checkbox allows you to view hidden properties of the component. Hidden properties contain system-defined values and rules for interpreting predefined component parameters. Modifying hidden properties requires specialized knowledge of the component, and is not needed for normal operation.
