RSM Service Options Tab

RSM Service Options Tab

The following controls are available when you select the RSM Service Options tab on the Tools > Options > General Options dialog. For more information see Simulating on a Remote Machine.

Remote Analysis Options

Allows you to specify the user name for a remote simulation:

• Allows you to change the Ansoft Service Port.

• Allows you to Send analysis request as either a Service User or Specified User. If you select Specified User, enter the desired User Name, Password, and Domain/Workgroup information.

Disable Access By Remote Machines

Select this option if you wish to disable access on the specified machine that is running the simulation by other remote machines that are configured in the network.

When all information on the RSM Service Options tab is as desired, select another tab or click OK to put your options into effect.
