Default Units Tab

Default Units Tab

Select the Default Units tab in the Tools > Options > General Options dialog, and it displays the options described below.

The Default Units tab allows you to set the default unit values for various metrics. The default units are applied to any quantity that is entered into a Designer editor without a unit specification. For more information about unit values in Designer and other Ansoft products, see Unit Types.

When all information on the Default Units tab is as desired, select another tab or click OK to put your options into effect.
