   Mesh Self-Intersecting       


Mesh Self-Intersecting

After defining the mesh and generating a solution, you may receive the following warning message if the mesh is self-intersecting:

To find the self-intersection, right-click on the mesh analysis in the Project tree and select “3D Mesh Overlay”. This will display the overlay and highlight the self-intersection. You can also display the self-intersection by selecting PlanarEM > Solution Setup > 3D Mesh Overlay.
