Cloning an Existing Model

Cloning an Existing Model

To create a new model, first open the Model Browser by clicking Tools > Edit Configured Libraries > Models, then select the model(s) you wish to clone and click Clone Model(s):

• A new, cloned model of the selected model is created.

• The new model is given a unique name.

• The new model metadata (other than model name) is set to be the same as the model being copied. The user is responsible for the consistency of the metadata and dll contents.

• The model may need to be edited after cloning so that the related code and dll are updated to contain the new model. To facilitate this, the C Model Dialog opens on the new model.
