       Project Manager           

Project Manager

The central focus of the Designer environment is the Project Manager. The Project Manager allows you to construct a project from one or more related designs. For example, a project may consist of several schematic designs representing hierarchical subsystems, a system-level design that ties the subsystems together, and a planar design that specifies the physical layout and substrate technology. The Project Manager window shows all the components, models, substrate technologies, and other elements of each design in the project. Many operations on the design elements can be performed directly from the Project Manager window.

The Project Manager saves the entire project as an entity, so that all the constituent designs are kept together and in their defined relationships.
