Save and Close Project After Use

If Save and close project after use is checked, the project will be saved and closed once its data is accessed and the dialog box is closed. By closing projects that are not in use, system memory is less likely to be exhausted. The tradeoff is that more time is necessary to save, close and re-open the project.

After Save and close project after use is checked, when interpolating, the project’s solution data is cached before exiting the dialog box:

• If Interpolate existing solutions is checked, when the dialog (and hence, the project) is closed, Designer will interpolate using loaded solutions — without re-opening the project.

• If Simulate missing solutions is checked, the project will be re-opened and then closed — each time a new solution, not previously cached, is requested.
