有关EUcap2012(欧洲天线会议）

最近受邀投稿EUcap2012的一个Convened Session，对方主页上写All the accepted scientific papers of EuCAP 21012 will be included in IEEE Xplore and listed in the Thomson Reuters ISI Web of Science (WOS) ！
请问Convened Session的文章也算会议论文?要是算的话，是算SCI还是ISTP?谢谢
