有一本书好像就叫微波测量,很厚的一本,不过年头久了一些
anglent的网站上也有很多

不知道兄台对哪方面有兴趣。
我看过一点点噪声系数测量的文章。

It depends on what you're interested.I think you could learn a lot from many famous companies like agilent ,hp,tektronix,etc..

Just search for application notes or papers or manuals with the key words listed following.I think the following could be the useful key words that you could serach with.
(1)RF measurement techniques and basic concepts:
Signal integrity;
Signal fidelity;

Jitter;(random,deterministic,phase noise,FM,AM,ISI;eye pattern,)
Measurement uncertainty(student distribution)
Noise figure,noise floor,pink noise, thermal noise,1/f noise
