Responsibility:
As a Software Design Engineer for R&S, the candidate will join a closely knit team of experienced engineers building the next generation products for the cellular communications industry. Typical duties performed as follow:

· Design, implementation and test of software test system on instruments, focus on GUI and middle layer software. 开发测试仪表上的软件系统，主要是GUI和中间层。

Experience/qualifications:
· B.A. / B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent educational certificate. 重点大学本科以上学历，电子工程、计算机科学、信息技术等相关专业。
· A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. 3以上年相关工作经验。
· Proven experience in OOP (C++ and C#) design techniques and implementation. 必须具备基于C++和C#的面向对象设计技术与经验。
· Knowledge of protocols & standards for instrument remote control (e.g. GPIB, LAN, SCPI, VISA, VXI) is a plus. 具备仪表控制总线系统的开发或使用经验。
· Competency for a tight cooperation with other software groups. 具备团队合作能力和精神。
· Knowledge in SW configuration management systems (such as IBM ClearCase). 具备基于IBM ClearCase的软件管理知识与经验。
· Background in communications systems, such as TD-SCDMA, GSM, WCDMA, CDMA2000 is a plus. 具有无线通信系统工作经验者优先。
· Ability to speak/read/write/present in English clearly for both internal and customer communications at a technical level. 必须能够熟练使用英语进行日常与技术沟通。

- Provide application support of R&S wireless communication measurement instruments and microwave & RF instruments (i.e. Signal generators, Spectrum analyzers, Vector network analyzers, and Power meters); 负责R&S移动通信测量仪器，射频、微波通用测试仪器（如信号源、频谱分析仪、矢量网络分析仪和功率计等）应用技术支持；
