I am trying to design a 7-order extracted pole filter (one transmission zeros on high side). Does anybody have an efficient synthesis tool which can generate e.g. a coupling matrix?

please see the papers published by Cameron or Amari. It can be analytically synthesized and its topology can also be depicted by coupling matrix.
