ADS用EM仿真CPW匹配电路中出现：
S-parameter results show unphysical behavior for certain frequencies.
Cause : - inaccurate (high frequency) calibration ;
- electrically large via using lumped model ;
- higher order modes at the ports ;
- slot mode at coplanar ports ;
- grouped strip-slot ports ;
- mesh density is too coarse.
我通过很多种方式消除过这个warning。
1.增加mesh密度，
2.调整port，距离，port面
不过后面整体仿真又出现了这个问题，实在不知道怎么解决，这个warning出现后s21和maxgain会偏高有时候会大于0，求解！
