请问microwave journal 中文版

最近投到microwave joural 的一篇文章，编辑审完后，让我如果愿意的话，给他们投去简体中文版，他们可以发表我的文章在microwave中文版，请问我的文章是只能被中文版发表，还是英文版也发表，中文版和英文版是不是只是语言不同，内容相同呢?如果不同，中文版被SCI检索吗?
