我有同学试过俩都是盗版不行。我觉得你可以考虑hfss 12，你上hfss网站看看10支持win7不，如果正版都不行的话，我这边俩都是正版，不过hfss10+xp
Both hfss 10 and 12 don't support win7, as said on the official
website, but hfss 13 will support win7.
I installed hfss 12 on win7, but there is license error, although I
followed the instructions. My hfss 12 is downloaded from verycd.
hfss 10 works well in xp, so I want to have a try in win7, but it
causes my system down. Sorry that I can't type Chinese because I
can
only use safe mode....

我的建议是别试了，既然官方都说不支持，肯定会多少有些问题的，我猜测ansoft也是在HFSS13中才保证了和win7的兼容性。万一通过了，但是结果不准，代价更大。
