一般都是无限大地的啊

换IE3D的吧。我印象中不行。

sub layers里面把介质层的boundary open掉
然后再介质层下面填充一层FreeSpace (open boundary) 形成3层介质结构
然后再metal层里面就可以mapping两层金属，端口定义的话仔细研究一下help
ADS Mom只是不能仿真有限介质层，金属层是随意的

那看来跟IE3D一样啊。

use ground reference associated with internal/single port

normally we use infinite ground
But in some special case, one metal(at different layer) is defined as the ground reference to the transmission line,then we need add a ground reference port to the metal associated with the internal/single port of the transimission line.
what we should notice is these two ports must be in the same reference plane.
