-Department: Intel Communication Technology Beijing Lab
-Discription: Be a member of our RF research team, work on advanced RF circuit design and transceiver architecture research.
-General requirements
1. MS or Ph.D candidate
2. Self-motivated and innovation ability in related research area
3. Good techinical writing skills
4. Team work and good communication skills
5. At least 3 working days per week for half year
-Skill and Background
1. Solid background on RF/microwave circuit design, especially power amplifier (PA) design.
2. Experience with CMOS RF circuit design is highly preferred.
3. Good knowledge with millimeter-wave circuits is preferred.
4. Fimiliar with RF transceiver architecture and design requirement
5. Familiar with RF EDA tools, like ADS.
