RFIC Design Engineer    
Job Description:
Perform detailed circuit design for RFIC product such as power amplifiers, LNAs, mixers, PLLs;
Characterize circuit performance using RF measurement equipment;
Conduct DOE to improve product yields.
Qualifications:
1£®    BSEE or equivalent required and MSEE preferred, studies should have had an orientation toward high frequency design;
2£®    Must have at least 1-3 years of related experience to include transistor level RF circuit design;
3£®    Should be familiar with microwave/RF/analog circuit design techniques using bipolar, CMOS, FET technologies;
4£®    Need to have prior experiences with advanced high frequency equipment such as network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, DC/RF sources;
5£®    Prior experience with advanced circuit design tools for circuit simulation and layout such as ADS, MDS, Microwave Office, Cadence, HFSS;
6£®    Understanding of wireless communication system and signal processing as well as general understanding of semiconductor IC technology;  
7£®    RF power amplifier/mixed signal/wireless system design experience is a plus.

This position is to be located in Shanghai, P.R. China.
