Sr. RF Design Engineer
Responsibility:
Senior Design Engineer is responsible for the planning, design, simulation, verification and production ramp support of highly integrated, high volume Front End Module products for the very fast paced and competitive wireless handset market. The candidate will face challenging tasks in order to meet critical performance parameters in the design of these FEM products.
l RF / Analog circuit design, simulation, layout and verifications.
l Product development. Understand design trade-offs.
l Engineering prototype evaluation.
l Conduct design review. Provide design report and design documentations.
l Mentor and provide guidance to junior design team members
l Handle high complexity problems and provide technical solutions in reasonable timeframe.
Qualification:
l Strong circuit simulation skills utilizing Agilent ADS and 2.5/3D EM tools such as Momentum, Sonnet or HFSS
l Proficiency in the use of test equipment such as a Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, RF Generator, Power Meter, and Oscilloscope
l Excellent interpersonal and teaming skills with ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
l Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
l Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

补充一下：该公司主要是做PA的，当然啦，如果你是做RFIC的别的部分的设计也可以考虑，譬如transceiver。
