MTK的编译/编译环境问题

编译过程中突然遇到下面的这个问题，无法打开make路径下的~def.tmp这个临时文件，重装编译环境后解决，但由于异常在编译过程中重启了电脑，又出现这个问题，想问下怎么解决?
