运行OPNET的错误

运行统计的时候出现错误：
unable to execute bind program (win32 error code: 2)
check that visual c++ has been installed correctly, and that
its bin directory is included in the path environment variable.

C++装好了吗？环境变量注册了吗？

装好了，也注册了。是不是运行统计一定要装vc++？
