GSM APC 较准 fail,急等求解
1. 目检/照X-Ray/目检PCBA未发现process问题
2. 重做D/L-SN- PASS,B/T测试GSM APC校准FAIL,
3. TOUCH RFMD3166后测试B/T ,仍为GSM APC校准FAIL
4, 重装RFMD3166 后测试B/T ,仍为GSM APC校准FAIl
5 将10PCS该不良料装到B/T完全PASS的主板上做交叉实验,
测试结果为原PASS主板全部为GSM APC校准FAIL.
6 更换不良物料后,主板做B/T测试全部PASS.
怀疑会有20%的物料不合格这种说法

应该是设计margin
无RF输出时都会出现自动关闭测试程序的现象

GSM900_C = 3,3,3,3,4,4,6,6,8,8,12,12,15,15,35,40是校准时进行功率计算时的一个参数,一般都是默认的,无需修改
GSM900_CORRECTION = 0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,是GSM900的各级功率的功率补偿值,可以自己试试修改后,看看校准结果
期待结果!
可能以下的原因:
1、物料20%不良,这种可能性比较大。
2、线损设置不正确/RF Cable线不良,造成所有主板的POWER都偏高或者偏低,这些不良的正好都超出了限值。这种可能性偏小一些。
帮顶,应该是料吧,也可能是设计的,期待高手!
还有就是你的电源线也有可能过长了,你剪短一些看看。我以前也遇见过这种情况的。还有就是上面说的线损设置对吗?

请问楼上的所说的电源线是指从程控电源出来接到夹具上的供电线吗?
我现在遇到ADC不良的较多,有点怀疑啦?
俺分析:
第一:3166很稳定,很少出现20%的不良。所以要看你贴片前的包装怎样,还有烘烤的温度和时间是怎样。
第二:你说的apc不良具体值是多少,如果是功率偏差,你可以修改极限,出货才是重要。
第三:让3166的原厂技术支持人员现场解决。

然后查看工具是否兼容此主板?
我估计板应该是好的,是误测。发LOG上来看看
将CFG文件中NORMAL_VOLTAGE = 3800设置为NORMAL_VOLTAGE = 4200,试一下看是否可以通过?
