仪器初始化失败,用IN Trace监控下看哪里出错了,不过从你的Log来看,估计是仪器地址什么的就没设对,你检查下CFG文件。

你500里有TD波形文件没,有时候RX不同也会报这个错

看一下 你的CMW500 非信令下是否支持 TDSCDMA的非信令测试,如果不支持,就是tester问题,换设备,就可以了
