LTE baseband engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Development and maintenance work on 5G/4G/3G baseband software:
1) Analyse customer requirements and translate those into high-quality design specifications efficiently with effort estimation and task allocation
2) Delivery high-performance, real-time software in RTOS environment, covering end to end missions of software design, implementation, unit-test, integration and verification.
3) Support other teams in the product lines as well as end customers.
4) Cooperate with other teams to explain implementation and troubleshoot issues.
2. Work within project/scrum/technical teams both as a team member and as individual contributor.
3. Adhere to all development standards, processes, and procedures.
Job Main Requirements:
1. M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science, Wireless Communication or Electronic Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years SW Design working experience for wireless telecommunication product.
3. Familiar with 3GPP key technology. LTE/WCDMA key technology is more preferred.
4. Familiar with embedded SW design on DSP platform.
5. Proficiency in C programming.
6. Accountable proactivity and responsibility to work both as a member of a team and independently. Good ability to coach others and to be coached.
7. Dedicated, result oriented professional with high reliability for getting the job done.
8. Quick learner, willing to take challenges, thriving in fast paced, high-pressure environment
9. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and abilities to work well in a team environment.
10. Good capability for both Mandarin and English.
11. Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and process

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design specification, implementation and testing of LTE/5G system level or link level.
2. LTE/5G advanced algorithm research, design, simulation and verification.
3. PHY and MAC/RLC integration, System level and link level simulation, development and performance testing via Matlab or other OOP tools.
4. Optimization system performance for Architecture.
Job Main Requirements:
1. M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Wireless Communication or Electronic Engineering
2. Solid knowledge of LTE or other wireless technologies
3. Wireless or network modelling experience via Matlab or other OOP tools
4. System level or link level simulation experience for LTE or 5G
5. Familiar with 3G, 4G, 5G or other wireless RAN technologies
6. Familiar with 3GPP or IEEE protocols
7. Good understanding on RAN architecture and key algorithm, such as multi-antenna technologies, radio resource management, scheduling, link adaption, power control, etc.
8. Strong logical analysis and quantitative analysis ability
