MTK_ATE校准时出现OH FHC FAIL,是什么问题

平台是6575,RF:SKYWORKS77716,ATE版本:1204,仪器是RS的新版本综测仪CMW500,这仪器现在估计用得还很少吧。也查不到相关信息。仪器只能选择快速校准,GSM部分不选APCDC SKYWORS ONLY选项可以校过,选了就APC过不了,相同的ATE配置CMU200没出现这个问题。不知差别在哪里?
最主要是WCDMA部分校不过,提示“OH FHC FIAL”。也是选择了快速校准。

我的是8960上校不过,OH FHC FAIL

没有人回答 啊

把“3G FHC”去掉就OK了。

貌似有的仪器的软件配置是不支持3G FHC的,小编查一下CMW500的软件配置比较好呢

CMW500应该支持FHC校准的

WCDMA不联机!
1.MTK校准平台本身问题,使用最新的版本试试;
2.若是某一台仪器常出现那样的问题,说明是那台仪器的硬件不稳定需要维修
