8.4.2.3 Correct behaviour at Time-out Fail 求助

3GPP TS 34.121中8.4.2.3（Correct behaviour at Time-out） Fail
Spec：The UE shall transmit 2 preambles cycles, consisting of 12 preambles in each preamble cycle.
实际测试结果：First cycle： 8 second cycle： 11
关于此测试项的描述如下：The UE shall stop transmit preambles when reaching the maximum number of preambles allowed in a cycle. The UE
shall then repeat the ramping procedure until the maximum number of preamble ramping cycles are reached. No ACK/NACK shall be sent by SS during this test.
The UE shall transmit 2 preambles cycles, consisting of 12 preambles in each preamble cycle.
其他测试项都Pass，只有这个Fail了，有没有大神能解释下这个测试项，如何去解决?
可以用高通工具QXDM来改善么?
之前尝试过NV Item：533和534 NV_WCDMA_TX_LIN_VS_TEMP_0/1_I 都加了15
改后First cycle变成了7 second cycle还是11.
求大神的帮助~~

没太看懂，是不是：“小区不发送接入指示，后来的各种请求(语音、数据)不能打断当前的连接情况下，导码循环包括12个导码手机要发送最少2个循环?”
百度了一下PRACH和P-CCPCH，这个是物理层、MAC层、RRC层的。求大神。
