招聘职位： Senior/Staff RF Engineer for Qualcomm reference design
Job Function: Successful candidates for this position will develop new or optimize existing wireless handset reference designs/platforms and mixed-mode wireless devices utilizing Qualcomm RF transceivers, MSMs, and power management ASICs.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities include RF design, system optimization, integration with Base Band circuitry with intensive lab debug and testing per wireless standards.
Candidate must quickly assimilate onto an existing project, read/write technical specifications/requirements, develop/refine hardware designs, apply integration/lab skills, demonstrate strong problem solving abilities and work closely with RF, software, Base Band, Power Management disciplines.
Skills/Experience:
- Candidates should have more than 1 year experience as a RF hardware design engineer for consumer electronics with focus on wireless development.
- Experience with RF hardware design of TX and RX wireless chains, bench debug, impedance matching, component evaluation, efficiency optimizations, system lineup analysis, lab measurements per WCDMA/GSM/CDMA/LTE standards is necessary.
- Experience with radio frequency, high speed, high performance digital PWB design is desired, including understanding of cross talk, decoupling as relevant to PWB design.
- Solid electrical engineering, digital & analog circuit fundamentals and lab skills are a must.
- Strong written and oral communication and teamwork skills are required.
- Experience with digital communications is a plus.
Additional desired skills include: knowledge of transmission lines, experience with Mentor Graphics, PADS, RF Power Amplifiers, LNAs, or other schematic capture tools, Excel Macros for data post processing, Visual Basic, Labview, VEE.

不过据说现在高通开价也不高了 高得都通了 滤下来都是工资低的哈哈
高通很吃香啊，其实和其他平台也没什么区别，都是射频吗，理论都一样，现在做高通的不也是以前做其他平台的人转过去的吗，还特别说要高通的射频工程师，看来也是个不懂行的！
