Job position:
      SW R&D ,   SW testing (new requirements and new chances, very good salary even for black box testing)
Orientation:  
      Communication, Mobile phone, Network.  If you have R&D experience in Mobile (Embedded system/ architecture/application/driver and so on" ,you will be wellcomed)
Qualification:
       more experience would be better.  At least 1 year experience.
       C/C++ or Linux or Embedded system design or Java-based, one of them is perfect.
      If you are familiar with GSM/WCDMA/CDMA2000  or Media concerned, it will be better.
      Because different position has different technology needs, only if you have one strong skill in SW design or testing, i will help you to find the approprite position. I am not a hunter, but a friend of mine ask me  to do so.
