工厂的8960校准WCDMA插损高FAIL,GSM部分没有问题。同样的板子和校准文件在公司这边8960已经校准PASS的,有谁知道这是什么原因?下面是工厂校准W的LOG:

我让工厂跳过W的RSSI校准Tx也不行,但在上海这边是好的,寄出之前校准过寄回来也能校准。

造成这样的原因多了去了,需要小编根据事件本身实际情况去分析.
不同的tool版本能cal出不同的值.我正遇到这样的问题.嘿嘿
仪器本身的差异性(包括自补loss的差异)也有可能.虽然可能性不大.
环境温度湿度问题的可能性应该是最大的吧.

2楼说的很有可能,周围干扰比较大,你放屏蔽房里校一下看看,把门关好了

和软件应该没什么关系,工厂的校准模式和研发的校准模式是有一定的区别的。有差异很正常!

拿回来后有没有download过软件
因为之前log看起来明显是断路或者开关没有打到3G的TRX那边,所以导致差损过大

拿回来是好的,工厂仪器值得怀疑,但是如果是不准,差20多个DB也太邪乎了吧,band1和band5都差那么多

带宽不一样的, 放屏蔽盒应该就好了

你是怎么怀疑是软体问题的啊?

工厂的8960是否有自校准?先把工厂的8960自校准一下看看。

什么环境,问题是GSM就好的,板子又要寄回来分析了,真悲催,怀疑软件版本问题,回来再分析了

环境问题

是ATE版本问题么,大家用哪个版本呢

[ATE]WCDMA RSSI第一个信道测试异常

[Discription]
WCDMA校准;
使用ATE校准PATHLOSS时,第一个信道测试值异常,如下
UARFCN = 10562, RSSI = -101.25000
WCDMA RX path loss check -- UARFCN = 10562, path loss = 28.25000(超出范围)
不论第一个信道号是多少,都会是以上结果,后边的测试都正常,请帮忙查看!
[Solution]
打开MTK_Setup.ini,System Setting加上如下信息:
[System Setting]
Rssi Extra Delay = 10
调整delay的时间再试试

这个是MTK FAQ 的解决办法 ,实际是MTK 重新编了一个ATE 版本 ok
