使用TriQuint5022遇到的一些问题

用高通方案在做一个项目,GSM的PA用的是TriQuint5022,校准的时候,发现低频段会出现以下问题:

而校准高频段时没有这种问题。使用QRCT在非信令模式,将DAC设定为14000的时候,低频段功率也能出来,有33.5dBm,坛里的大神们有没有遇到过这样的问题啊?导致这个问题的原因是啥啊?给我个提示吧~~

从LOG上看,是AMPM校准出了问题,貌似是某个DAC值下面的PM失真值为1.72962e+036 ,可能是超出范围,但是看不出是哪个点,可以看看校准过程中的其他几个输出文件,看看又没什么有用的线索
小编用的是8960校准的吗?可以把start DAC值加大,default一千多输出功率可能太小,8960动态范围不够
