Job Title: Systems Engineering-- Algorithm
Location: Shanghai /Beijing
In order to develop and support the LTE /LTE-A baseband chips, We are looking for fresh graduates and experienced candidates who are creativity and prepared to engage in significant innovation. You are required to contribute to the design and development of world-class system/algorithms for the next generation of wireless communication products.This will be an ecxellent opportunity for you to work with one of the best teams in the industry.
Responsibilities:
1) Design and refinement of physical layer algorithms including HW/SW partition and their fixed-point implementation
2) Frequent interaction with digital hardware, DSP, and RF hardware engineering teams, support verification and validation of HW, DSP including laboratory verification and RF calibration.
Qualifications:
1) A minimum of a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering is required , fresh graduates and experienced candidates who show exceptional creativity and are prepared to engage in significant innovation
2) Solid background in digital communications, signal processing, wireless communication and advanced communication topics. Good theoretically analysis skills.
3) Excellent C or C++ simulation skill is a must.
4) Good knowledge in 3GPP LTE standards is plus. Proficiency in one of the following areas is preferred, e.g., OFDM, MIMO, equalizer, channel estimation, channel coding, cell search, measurement, timing/frequency synchronization, control loop tracking and interference cancellation.
5) Experience in DSP firmware coding or ASIC design is a plus
6) Expertise with RF calibration or Power Amplifier predistortion techniques is a plus
7) Good written and reading English skills
8) Ability to communicate clearly, organize effectively and work hard
