我单独做了个电感，想请教测试的时候采用什么方法可以消除

Firstly,the purpose of your measurement is to get accurate model for your inductor or something else?That will decide which way is better.
If you want to get the measurement result of your inductor without pad effect directly,it becomes easier.Design SLOT structure just same as the pads of the inductor.Then calibrate the system with this SLOT.

一个slot怎么就可以校正pad？

SLOT means short,load(50Ohm),Open,and Transmission,which is used for RF calibration.
