Intel China Research Center, Communication Technology Beijing Lab are looking for RF Engineer to fill the following position.
Job Description: This senior RF Engineer position is responsible for innovative RF H/W design, simulation and verification for next generation wireless system. Work with other team members to conduct innovative research in radio frequency area and apply emerging technology and concept to RF circuits/components design for performance enhancement. You will also need to work closely with US teams to facilitate advanced radio technology research for future silicon design at Intel.
Another job duty is to work with china standard team to drive local spectrum regulation.
Requirement: PhD/MS degree in EE or related area with 5+/7+ years experience on RF H/W design from DC to microwave is required. Hand-on experience on RF EDA tool and Matlab is a must. The candidate must be self motivated and proactive in daily work. Excellent oral and written English are required.
