想当年IEEE本想把这个会做成ICC/Globecom之后和WCNC/PIMRC同级别的2类会议的，准备这3个会每年一个在欧洲开，一个在北美开，一个在亚洲开
结果。。。

比起其他的 还是要更好的 嗯
