Responsibility:
1.Coordinating and testing of SW deliveries to customers as well as providing T3 technical support through ECC process including global 24/7 emergency support, defines the content of each SW delivery according to specific customers' needs and tests it in lab environment.
2.This is achieved through detailed SW preparation, test planning, test case selection, tested configuration and actual functional testing. Scope of testing can vary from a single correction CN to a completely new software release.
3.Responsible for performing pilot upgrades of new SW releases in live network and may involved in special projects and troubleshooting activities which requires on-site support.
4.Handling support requests and acts as a link between front-end customer support personnel (BU) and Product Creation(R&D)
5.Accountable for the quality of its output and effectively contributes to team working through proactive coaching, information sharing and the promotion of best practices.
Requirement:
1.Good knowledge of mobile circuit core networks
2.Trouble shooting skill
3.Pro-active attitude
4.Familiar with 2G networks
5.Knowledge of R4 architecture, 3G networks \
6.Good IP technology
7.Good command of English language
8.There is a need for business trip in short notice and over time work.
