东南大学研究成果获IEEE Stephen O. Rice Prize

The paper “MIMO Multichannel Beamforming: SER and Outage Analysis Using New Eigenvalue Distributions of Complex Noncentral Wishart Matrices” (S. Jin, M. McKay, X. Q. Gao, and I. B. Collings, IEEE Transactions on Communications, 2008), has been selected for the 2011 Stephen O. Rice Prize in the Field of Communication Theory for a best original paper in the IEEE Transactions on Communications.
S. Jin and X. Q. Gao are with the National Mobile Communications Research Labaratory, Southeast University, Nanjing 210096, China.
