我觉得在目前的互联网体制下研究QoS始终是治标，修修补补、借鉴借鉴啥的。

治本就得换体系结构了。。比如用ATM。。
QoS属于专网
primary issues are deployment (security and charging/business model) and
not tech/scientific
in other layers than IP, there are alreadysome alternatives (MPLS/RTP/...)
