HFSS 如何在這種情況設置Lump Port

各位, 想問可吾可以將圖中的這彎面設置為端口！
試過用Lump Port..但出現以下錯誤:
    [error] Port refinement, process hf3d error: The mesh on port 3 is non-planar. Check the port geometry and verify that the mesh accurately represents the port..
    [error] Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine.
請問應如何設置端口才正確?
