我是在xp上装的HFSS10的破解版,按照书上的例子一步一步地做,可总是检查 HFSS check 无错误, 但分析 anylyze
 时就报错,错误是
Initial mesh, process mesh3d: Error while opening or writting the mesh files.
                             Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Mechine.
贵求高人指点

俺也有同样问题，期待高人
