HFSS仿真提示的错误？

Error:"Recovering discrete solution, process abc3d died unexpectedly"
出现了上述的错误提示，不知道怎么修改，希望有人帮助，谢谢

我上面说得不详细，我仿真的是一个超宽带滤波器，它还给出了一个错误提示呢：
the current simulation requires a maximum frequency of 11GHz,which may cause it to be inconsistent with previously simulated data that was calibrated to a maximum frequency of 6.5GHz
