这个报错是怎么回事儿？

各位好，我用CST模拟SRR环，units设定为mm，GHz，ns，单元大小为5*5*2.5。

1. checking the frequency range and units settings

频率设定是0-15
我的网格划分的已经很小了，每个波长才三个网格， 一共这个元件才1196个格，怎么还算不了呢?同样的尺寸，把unit设定为um，THz，ps就能算了，只是算的特别快，快的不正常。
那位知道可能由于什么原因呀?

0-15GHz这个频率设置个人认为有些欠斟酌
只有在仿很低频段比如200,300mbHz的时候好象才从0开始
在要求一定精度的场合，我在仿超过X波段的设计的时候一般不设超过一倍频的频率范围
